If you regularly attend or are invited to things that are public and offered to the people over age 18, please email them to us!

Motivcare formerly Logisticare is a gas mileage reimbursement for parents/caregivers to get reimbursed for driving them to Dr. Appts/Therapy visits. You must call and give the address, phone number and Name of person your child is seeing. They will give you a Trip # to fill in and you will get it signed(must be signed and not stamped) by the provider, medical assistant, or secretary. Then after the paper is signed you can email to virginia.billingoperations@modivcare.com
And they will email you back and send your check to you. It takes a little bit. Also it can take a bit to get them on the phone so get ready to be patient!
Study opportunity for families who have a child or young adult with autism, intellectual disabilities, or developmental disabilities.
Participating families will receive 12 weeks of training and coaching on individualized interventions for their child. The training will occur in the family’s home. The goal of the training is to build family capacity for addressing behaviors that are important to the child and family.
At this time, families must live within 45 minutes’ drive of Columbia.
